This house is situated in the ski area Mammoth Lakes. The owner wanted to take advantage of the beautiful views with a deck off the kitchen and an open floor plan.
The open floor plan allows for you to enjoy the fireplace while keeping an eye on the kitchen.
The basement will also be used as a shop space so it was important that the space was open and flexible. Each bedroom has private access to a bathroom. The guest rooms have a study space.
Because the project is in snow country, the site plan required a designated snow storage area in addition to the other code required.
